Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClientConnect AI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users.

11.3 Effect of Termination

  • - Payment obligations for services already provided remain due

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
